Our systems are noteworthy in several respects. But perhaps the most remarkable are:
All controls and indicators (including heat and vacuum) are located on, or accessible from, the front of the system, within full view and easy reach. They are arranged in a logical, "balanced" manner, resulting in their being easy to learn to use and monitor. Our Accelerator, Dominator and SplitSteam series systems are truly ultra- reliable to the degree that they cast a shadow on the vast majority of systems available today. The simplicity of design has to do a lot with that, but so does some of the specific engineering advancement that has contributed to the design. And solution pump protection is so complete, that we guarantee no pump damage... even from abuse, for 2 years from date of purchase, or we'll supply the parts (limited to cups and check valves... the parts that most commonly become damaged) necessary to repair them at no charge to you. Maintenance... Our design philosophy is simple: We assume that we will be doing any maintenance on the systems we design, so we want our job to be as simple as possible. Therefore, yours will be, too. We have provided open access to all components, oil drains, lubrication locations and belt adjustments. In doing so, we have made sure that simple maintenance ( oil changes, tune ups, belt adjustments and heater disassembly / inspection) and even major repairs (rebuilding or replacing solution pumps, engines, etc.) are unusually simple and straight forward. Vacuum Effeciency... Our systems are truly unique. While we maintain minimum vacuum plumbing diameters identical to or larger than input and output ports of the individual vacuum pumps used, the connection from system to recovery tanks is never longer than 14 inches in length and never has 90- degree turns along the way, unless it's unavoidable. In that case, the 90 degree turn is accomplished in a larger airway than the diameter of the input / output ports of the vacuum pump. This minimizes airflow restriction as the change of direction is accomplished. Our recovery tanks have been designed specifically to allow maximum airflow throughout, yet maintain cleanliness of internal filters at the same time. The result is that filters rarely accumulate soils and therefore rarely need attention or cleaning. Heat... Our approach here is equally direct: Provide more than enough. Simply put, there is no substitute for heat. And due to seasonal climate changes and to decreasing system efficiency over time, we feel that "overkill" is the best philosophy. It compensates for heat loss due to climate conditions, and minimizes the noticeable effects of decreased system efficiency over time (i.e., as the system ages). Most Acelerated Cleaning Systems designs include "Heat Capture", an integral fresh water tank that captures heat that originates from motor and vacuum pump operation. As a result, these systems deliver higher output temperatures than other systems that use identical heat sources. And, this feature is entirely passive, resulting in no moving parts and no added maintenance as a result. In addition, this feature, while increasing pump input temperature, results in more stable inlet temperature during periods of increased bypass (such as running the system without keying the wand). The result is that the system can run in bypass mode for 30 minutes without damage to the solution pump. Compactness... It is commonly- recognized that available space is at a premium in carpet maintenance vehicles. With that in mind, we structure each design to occupy the minimum floor space necessary, yet keep in mind that ease of maintenance must not be sacrificed. We have succeeded at this on every system that we produce. (Note the "System Footprint" dimensions given on system sheets and on the comparison page of this site.) Component quality... Our frames are made of 1/4" or 3/16" steel plate. We use MD Pneumatics vacuum pumps, Kohler Command engines, and Cat pumps, all of which are time- tested and proven to be ultra- reliable in our industry. They are proven are "workhorses", so we use them. Our upgraded heaters handle 3000 P.S.I. with ease. We only use three- cylinder pumps due to their comparatively smooth action (which is much easier on system plumbing) and their ability to continue through a job even with one cylinder not functioning, should the need occur. Appearance... Our systems are remarkable in several respects . Colors provide attractive contrasts, angled instrument panels allow increased visibility, sizes are minimal, yet cluttered layouts are avoided. You will find that our systems are not only attractive from a distance (from your customers' standpoint), but also up close (from yours). In fact, the more you look, the more you will find to appreciate. We are confident that, if you understand the design parameters that we follow, you will agree that these systems are among the best in the industry and represent an excellent value. We are also confident that, if you are looking for a system in the same price range as one of ours, and you "test drive" one of ours, you will buy it. Therefore we suggest that you look elsewhere first, and come see our system before you make a final decision. |
